It is with GREAT PRIDE, AND AMAZEMENT that I must commend Tech Mechanical for the work that has been done with our boilers. We have received VERY FEW heating calls, in which some of those consisted of heat vents not being opened. In dealing with extremely COLD temperatures, I have called the answering service throughout the night and on weekends to check the status and the number of heating calls that had come in. To my SURPRISE, we had no heat complaints including the below zero days! Some of the residents have asked "what did we do with the heat this year?" Please know that Tech Mechanical has done an outstanding job, and if ever needed, they are quick to respond, and have truly made a difference at Lafayette Towers this winter season!!!!
